Data Deletion

This page explains how StudioOps users can request permanent deletion of their account and all associated data, in compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.

Method 1 — Delete In-App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the StudioOps app:

  1. Open StudioOps and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap Settings from the bottom navigation or your profile icon.
  3. Tap Gym Profile.
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your password when prompted.
  6. Tap Confirm Delete — your account will be queued for permanent removal.
All your app data will be permanently deleted within 2 days of your request.

Method 2 — Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request by email:

This deletion pathway is available even if you no longer have the app installed.

What Gets Deleted

Temporary deactivation or simply logging out is not treated as account deletion. You must follow the steps above to permanently delete your account.
