- Account data (name, email, phone, role, profile details)
- Gym profile data (gym name, address, NTN Number / Tax Registration Number — optional)
- Gym and operational data (members, attendance, schedules, records)
- Technical data (app diagnostics, device and usage data needed for stability)

- To provide and maintain app functionality
- To secure accounts and prevent abuse
- To improve reliability, performance, and support
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to any third party.
payments3. Paid Digital Purchases
StudioOps is completely free to use. We do not process paid digital app purchases or in-app
transactions of any kind. The app allows gym owners to record offline fee payments (cash,
JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfers) as records only — no money is processed through the app.
If this changes, this policy will be updated before any paid digital access is introduced.
share4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the following trusted service providers
who are essential to operating the app:
- Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions): Stores your gym and member data securely in the cloud.
- Google Cloud Platform: Provides the underlying infrastructure for Firebase services.
We do not share data with advertisers, analytics brokers, or any other third parties.

Your data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion:
- Personal and gym data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Offline payment records you have entered are retained for 5 years to comply with Pakistan tax regulations.
- Crash diagnostics are automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Anonymised analytics (no personally identifiable information) may be retained to improve the service.

How to delete your account:
- Open StudioOps and sign in.
- Tap Settings (bottom navigation or profile icon).
- Tap Gym Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion — your data will be removed within 30 days.
